Hi, I’m Misty! I’ve lived in Utah my whole life, and no matter how much I explore, there’s always more to discover. That’s why I started Utah’s Best Kept Secrets—to share all the amazing things this state has to offer, from hidden gem restaurants and unique shops to family-friendly events, beautiful hikes, and unforgettable experiences.
When I’m not out uncovering Utah’s treasures, you’ll find me enjoying life with my husband and our two adorable fur babies. I love hiking, camping, and playing games—especially when it means spending time with loved ones and soaking up Utah’s incredible scenery.
I’ve worked in dentistry for 16 years and am also the proud owner of Hobble Creek Barn Boutique, a seasonal pop-up shop that helps over 100 local businesses showcase their products to Utahns. Supporting local businesses is something I’m deeply passionate about, and I love connecting people with the creative, talented entrepreneurs that make Utah so special.
